A straight answer for everyone asking about the Supremacy ERC20: what happened to it, what we can and cannot do, and how veteran service was honoured.
Veterans keep asking the same fair question: I held SUPS, what happens to it now? This is the straight answer.
What happened to SUPS
SUPS was an ERC20 token issued for Supremacy. The company behind Supremacy went into liquidation, and the token went down with it. Nexus Rift is built by a different company. We did not issue SUPS, we do not control it, and we cannot revive it, redeem it, buy it back, or attach any value to it. Nobody can. That chapter closed when the first war ended.
Nexus Rift has no token
We made this decision early and on purpose: no crypto, no token, no wallet required to play, nothing to trade, nothing to cash out.
NXR, the in-game credit, is game currency in the oldest sense. You earn it by playing, you spend it on the war, and it never leaves the game. It cannot be bought low and sold high because it cannot be sold at all. If you are here to play, that changes nothing. If you were here to speculate, we are genuinely not building that game, and we would rather say so plainly than let anyone hold false hope.
The same goes for wagering. Staking NXR on a battle is part of the spectacle, but there is no real-money gambling here: nothing you stake can be cashed out, and nothing you win exists outside the war.
What we honoured instead: your service
We could not carry the token across. We carried the record instead.
Every Supremacy account was scored on its service: battles fought, years served, the arsenal you built. That record was matched into the registry, and claiming it grants NXR and equipment crates in the new war. The measure is what you did in the first cycle, not what you held. A veteran of eleven thousand battles ranks above a wallet that never fought, and we think that is the right way around.
If you have not claimed yet: sign in at play.nexusrift.gg with the email you flew under, or connect your old wallet to your account, then open REWARDS and VETERAN. The registry does the rest.
The short version
The old token is gone and no one can bring it back. The new game has no token at all. Your service carried over, and it is waiting to be claimed.
