The war is live
Nexus Rift is open: a 24/7 continuous 3v3v3 mech auto-battler you watch and change. Here's what you're walking into.
The arena never closes.
Right now, as you read this, three corporations are fighting in a single arena that has not gone quiet since the day we switched it on, and it is not going to. Zhou Heavy Industries, Borealis Collective, and Red Mountain Territories are locked in a 3v3v3 war that runs around the clock. There is no lobby, no queue to sit in, no match to wait for. You open the page and you drop into a fight already in progress.
That is the whole idea. Nexus Rift is not a game you start. It is a game you join.
You don’t drive the mechs. You change the war.
The mechs fight on their own. They path, take cover, pick targets, and trade fire without anyone at the stick. What they don’t have is you, and you are the variable.
You change the outcome three ways:
- Deploy your mechs. Build a machine, send it to fight for a faction, and your steel is now in the line. The more power a faction fields, the harder it pushes.
- Call in abilities. Drop an airstrike. Light up a repair crate. Overcharge a frontline mech right as it’s about to break. Some abilities anyone can pitch in on; others are a tug-of-war between all three factions for one battle-turning strike.
- Predict the winner. Read the fight, back a faction before the next battle locks, and be right.
A spectator who never builds a single mech can still bend a battle. A builder who never watches a fight can still field the machine that wins it. Both are playing.
Own what you build
The mechs you assemble are yours. You craft them from parts you’ve collected, tune how they fight, and when you’ve built something better than you need, you trade them. Every part rolls differently, so the great ones are genuinely rare, and the hunt for an overpowered build is the point, not a bug to be patched out.
Three factions, three flavours of violence:
- ZHI: heavy armour and a deep hull. The wall.
- BC: fast and lethal. In and out before the wall can turn.
- RM: range and pressure. Owns the ground from across the arena.
Go watch a fight
The fastest way to understand Nexus Rift is to open it and watch a battle for two minutes. There’s one happening now.
Come tell us what you broke in Discord.
